The Grant County Office of Land Management was established in 1993 to:
Implement legislative mandates for County environmental programs.
Carry out the environmental policies of the Grant County Board.
Provide information and assistance regarding environmental issues to the County Board and citizens of Grant County.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF LAND AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:
• Oversee and manage the various land uses within Grant County
• Regulate and enforce planning and zoning

- Permit by Rule issued by Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA)
